Did you grow up with mostly males or females?

I grew up with mostly females, I have one sister and one brother but we were with my cousins more often than not.
But, we played baseball, touch football and kickball most of the time. Tickling wasn't done so much as tackling.

I do love to tickle though, and I'm very ticklish.

I have one brother, but my cousins I'm close to are 2 boys my age, and a girl 5 years younger than me. So I was around boys alot.

I am the oldest of 5 children. Until I was 16 there were only 3 and they were all girls.

Then my mother had two boys but they were so much younger than I that I felt like a second mom.

I suppose my answer is that I grew up with girls. That tickling thing I just don't understand, to this day! My husband would tickle our son and it just drove me nuts, I hated it. What is the deal with tickling someone until they can't breathe?

Equal, but now the tides have turned for my brother. He is one male amongst eight females! Poor guy!

It was pretty even when I was growing up but now I'm surrounded by just males!! (A DH and 3 sons!)
