I entered Ed Otero into mine and just found out I was golf champion in 1988 and 1989 in the Coast Golfers classic in San Diego.

This reminds me of a report I did in college one time. We had to review a book on early American history, and I had selected a collection of correspondences. There was one in there from Matthew Davis to Aaron Burr (Jefferson's VP who shot and killed treasury secretary Alexander Hamilton in a duel -- and you thought politics today was tough!).

It appears that I am a long running character on Days of Our Lives......

Maggie was a disabled and orphaned farm girl when Mickey stumbled through his amnesiac haze to her doorstep. Once in her Prince Charming's arms, Maggie found the medical help she needed to walk again, but emotional pressures (moving to Salem, Mickey's true identity, issues around motherhood and having a foster child taken away) led her through a tough bout with alcohol, which she eventually overcame. She also has myasthenia gravis.

Mickey was presumed dead when Stefano abducted him. During that time, Maggie nearly married Don Craig. She also received romantic attention from Dr. Neil Curtis, who turned out to be the sperm donor of her child, Sarah.

Maggie is the head of the Salem Arts Council and also volunteers at the hospital. Maggie and Alice have an investment in Billie's cosmetic company, Countess Wilhelmina. On the home front, she and Mickey have settled into married mid-life contentment.
