Did we get lucky or what?


Ok so we pulled up to RPR & started to take a ticket - the guard said if we were checking in, we didn't have to.

So we unloaded & parked, went in and checked in & had a great time.

On our last day, we packed up & left...as we were driving I was looking at our bill and there was no charge for parking. They still make you pay for parking right??? We checked in @ the "Loews member" check-in, does that have anything to do with it?

Sometimes they forget to ask if you have a car. You got lucky!!!

We have stayed at the RPR over a dozen times and so far only 3 times has
it showed up on our bill. btw I always ask if they can waive the charge.

You got a break.They charge$14 a day.We need too keep our mouths shut next trip when we check-in

Do they give you a tag to put in your car for parking? and do security check the lots?

There is no tag for your car and no plate numbers are taken. However, you often do need your room key to get in and out, so record may be taken there. It really is an honor system.

I've stayed at Royal Pacific twice and neither time were we charged for parking.

we stayed at HRH in october and had 2 connecting rooms and only one car and they charged us parking on both rooms - so i had to talk to the front desk and basically convince them that there were only 3 of us and only had 1 car --- there was a mistake with our reservations and somehow we ended up with 2 rooms - no complaints here the 2 bathrooms were perfect with a teenage daughter traveling with us
