I just got home from seeing it and OMG total Disney rip off!!! The Stark expo, the city of the future, Tony's father looked and acted like Walt did on his Disneyland TV Show. And the topper the song "Make Way For Tomorrow Today"!!! It was identical to Great Big Beautiful tomorrow it was hilarious!!!!!! I literally LOL'd in the theatre!!!

I've heard SO many bad reviews and I'm SO bummed. I LOVED the 1st one and LOVE LOVE LOVE Robert Downey Jr. I really wanted to go see this..but I think, I'll just wait for it to come on HBO

Not yet... going to try and wait to see it until hubby is back home or when I am off in Ontario visiting him.

I saw it on Sunday, it was "good" not as great as the first one.

I did love the idea of the "Stark Exposition" and all the Disney comparisons and Disney was the hugest contributor to the 1964 Worlds Fair.

The film made me wish there was another World's Fair.

It was worth the money I paid to see it.
(My friend has a discount pass that only cost us a dollar a ticket to see it).

The "Make Way for Tomorrow" song for the '74 Stark Expo was acutally penned by Richard Sherman, and will also be used in the upcoming Captain America film.

Some good FX. I caught the Disney-like references immediately.

Thought it was decent but not near as good as first one. And caught Epcot homage right away and was tripped out by the fact that Howard Stark was palyed by John Slattery who is Roger Sterling on Mad Men. Not used to seeing him without his normal white hair.

I thought that Gary Shandling as a sleazy senator was one of the best parts of the film. He was brillant.
