Did they paint the Yacht Club?

I was looking at what I believe to be recent pix of the yacht club resort. The exterior color seemed to be a darker grey than I remember, have they recently painted the outside of the resort? Any other changes (interior or otherwise) happen during this same time?

They've been replacing the siding for some time now. They've been doing it in stages. Probably just looks darker because it's new and not faded at all.
