Did the VGF charts disappear?

I know I pulled them up yesterday, but today I can't seem to find the Grand Floridian points charts on DVCMember.com.

I know, off topic, but this thread reminded me of a question- what if something happens to one of the villas (as far as members being able to book elsewhere)? Has this ever happened?

I know, off topic, but this thread reminded me of a question- what if something happens to one of the villas (as far as members being able to book elsewhere)? Has this ever happened?

For scheduled maintainance or something like a hurricane leveling a building?

For maintainance, we pay DVD to own 2+% of the resort as a "buffer." so there are supposed hold a block of empty room for those needs (although SSR wasn't regarded well as a substitute for AKL concierge, or Boardwalk view rooms)

For a major disaster, the buildings are supposed to have insurance, they may have to suspend usage to keep the overall system in balance..then the association is supposed to make the determination if they will rebuild or just redistribute the insurance proceeds to "buy out" the owners.
