Just watching the different marine sites and it appears the Dream got all the way to CC presumably to drop off island cm's and she turned around before she could dock. Does anyone know why?

I hope so but she seemed to turn before even getting there. Hopefully it's just a lapse on the satellite.

No the satellite imaging was showing the same thing when picking up CM's, really hard to pinpoint exacts with satellite (have shown Nassau docking as a mile from the coast[/QUO

Thanks for clarifying. I was really worried. Phew!!

The DIsneycruiselineblog.com is reporting that the Dream likely tendered cast members back to Castaway Cay along with any supplies it was also offloading.

Yup, they tendered back on the Castaway Cay Express!
Part of the reason they tendered was because they didn't have the CM on Castaway to help with docking, because they were onboard...haha!

Ohhh that totally makes sense. Then I wasn't seeing things when I saw the ship get close to CC then turn without docking. Lol it would be a little difficult to dock with no one there to throw the ropes to.

And that would make sense when they were leaving it was the same way (how did the Castaway Cay Express get to them??)

They probably also want to check the depth of the dredge there by the dock. Just to make sure it didn't sustain damage and will be able to port the ship. Don't mind me, just making up something that sounds reasonable.

When we picked up the CC CM's last Wednesday, there were two guys without the usual uniforms, life jackets or hard hats who dropped the lines. When we left CC the day before there were 7 CM's to drop the forward lines.

They were probably the ones driving the boat out to meet the ship today.

There were also many locals heading back to the larger island on jet skis.

Yes. You see them come in from their own island shortly after the ship has docked.

Its one of the boats that ferries the local workers between Castaway and their islands
