Did I offer too much?

So it would appear that they are paid (or will be). I made that a point when I made an offer. Which is why I made it 95 and not 90.

That's good that you were able to get the seller to pay the 2011 dues. I'm sure you realize that the 2012 dues still cover 7 months of the 2011 points because DVC is on a calendar year basis, not UY based for dues.

That I didn't know....but that makes sense! So another 200. I think I can live with that.

IMO for a 100 point contrct, with seller paying the fees as you believe. I think you got a fair deal.

.. maybe you could have squished off 2$ a point, and maybe it gets ROFR. I would say CONGRATS!!

IMO, there's not reason to do title insurance with DVC as long as all owners are signing the deed. One can easily research DVC for WDW and HH, I'm not sure about CA but HI is more difficult for those that it matters.

Looks like 2010 & 2011 MF are paid. They accepted the offer!!! The reason I like this contract is 200 points to use by July 31st 2012. We have a trip planned for June 2-9. We really wanted to stay at BLT......but since it wont close until probably 60 days......I'm guessing that we cant get a 1 bed room there! O well, maybe AKL will be available. WHAT A REAL BUMMER.......NOT!

Im sure we will add on latter!

Won't comment on the contract except I think you did just fine. You do have a chance for that 1 BR at BLT based on what I have done this year. I booked a 1 BR LV in June for a trip in late August and when I called the week before we went to extend the stay in a studio after the grandchildren went home I was offered BLT LV also. I don't think you will get SV or MK view but LV is a definite possibility.

WOW! If that's the case......that's exactly what we want. Bad news-good news....looks like we will be adding on more contracts very soon!
