Did eBay change their photo specs?

Trying to sell a great pair of COACH sandals. Ebay tells me that my photo size is too large (never happened before). Is this a new requirement? How can I make my photo size, smaller? Help.

if you have photo shop on your computer you can resize the image. Often I will just devide the original size by 3 or 4, that should work for you. Good luck.
