Did Disney World forget to pay their phone bill?

I have been trying the number on our reservation, (407) 939-7675 and keep getting a "number out of service" message. Did they change their number and not update it on the website? is anyone else having issues calling them?

After the 7th try, the number finally worked

Yep, I was trying to remember that number but thankfully the other one started working.
