Did anyone have transportation canceled with GoPort due to COVID?

We had transportation set up in 7/2020. The cruise was canceled. I requested to cancel and they said they would only refund me 70%, or they would give me a full credit for the future when cruising resumes. We are finally cruising again this July!

I contacted them and the only response I got is an auto response that they have not resumed services and they may refund me at some point.

Has anyone else experienced this? Suggestions? I for sure wouldn't ever use them again.
 
Where are you sailing out of? We just used GoPort out of Pt. Canaveral last month for our cruise.
 
My TA did it for me, so I don't know the details, but I know for my 2020 package with Go Port, I was issued a check and my TA had to rebook it because the price went up a bit or something. I have a hotel package with transportation scheduled for my april 16th cruise, so not sure why you are getting that message they they have not resumed? Try using the chat feature- they were very helpful. Good luck!
 
I had a terrible experience with them. Postponed a Dec 2019 cruise for a health issue then rescheduled twice due to covid. When we tried to cancel and just get the 70%, we called and emailed for MONTHS. No response, no answer. Eventually I filed a complaint with Visa and they refunded me. They will not get back to you
File with credit card company.
 

Even well before COVID they left my parents high and dry at their pre-cruise hotel, resulting in them having to take an Uber to the port and being about the last people on board. I would never use their "services".
 
Port Canaveral. I do see that they are scheduling new bookings.

They never sent me a pin to rebook. They don't answer their phone. Their chat is useless because it's a bot and they are just sending me auto responses to emails.

Honestly I'd file with your credit card company and use another service to get to the port. They are not reliable.
 
On a side note, wow have they raised their prices. When I booked, it was 14.99 per person. Now it's 28 per person one way.
