Did anyone get swan/dolphin with Priceline lately? If so what info did you put in ?

I have used Priceline lots in the past and was wondering anyone get the Swan or Dolphin lately? I know in the past lots have. Just wanting to know what info you put in to get it and what rate did you put in to get it also? Also, what areas did you put in and how many stars? I know it is allot of questions but just would like to get a idea.

You may want to try looking at biddingfortravel.com There people list what they have recently won on priceline. It also lists the hotels and stars and things.

Don't want to be a wet blanket but... chances are not good right now for getting Dolphin or Swan on Priceline. Hotwire has the Swan up for some dates in January...but the prices aren't any better, if as good as the AP or teacher/nurse discounts. Seems like everyone lately has been getting either the Hilton in DTD, or a few at the Gaylord Palms (depending on the dates).

When it is available both the Swan and Dolphin are WDW area resorts on Priceline. They came up some in the late summer and were in the mid $80's range as I recall.
Dolphin hasn't come up on Priceline much if at all since Sept, haven't seen anyone that got it for Nov, Dec, or January.
I think if you bid for a resort in the WDW area for dates in Nov, Dec, or Jan chances are best you'd wind up at the Hilton in DTD.

People were posting a few weeks ago about getting Swan on Hotwire for $111. You might want to do a search for that thread or look at betterbidding.com.

Last week you could get the Swan on Hotwire for $152 in Jan. or Feb. Now it seems to be $190. Although a discount off rack rate, not much of a bargain. IMO.
