Did anyone check into CB on 8/17 w/lime ribbon on luggage?

While I was checking out around 10:00 am-ish, I saw a family (couple?) checking in with lime green ribbons on their luggage. There was also another color ribbon with the lime green, so I don't know if the green was a DIS ribbon, or just to spot the luggage at the airport.

Just wondering, as I did not see any other ribbons during our 7 days at WDW.
