Same here! Ordered tickets with the DVC discount and I was told I have to show my DVC member card and id to pick them up at the "will call" window...

Hi everyone. The person who was at the "meeting" til 11:30 finally called us at 7:00PM last night. He told us that there was no way for disney to check on the order and only had access to the last four numbers on the card. Unbelievable!! He said that this has happened before but he couldn't help us. He suggested that we talk to DVC since it was generated through them. DVC says to talk to ticketing. No one wants to take responsibility for this. The only thing was that the tickets were delivered to our house. Hopefully it's not really a credit issue but an issue where some cm pushed a wrong number (mine) when entering a DVC code. I will still check my credit histry to make sure. Thanks for your concern.

I also ordered PPP tickets for April. I received them by mail within the week. I did have to pay $3 for shipping. I also got the DVC discount. It is very strange that it seems to depend on who you talk to.

They were two tickets (10+ years) for May 2. Ticketing said that they were voiding the tickets. They kept saying that it was my DVC membership number!

That's weird - have you ever rented points or anything where someone could have gotten your member ID?

I wonder if there is another DVC member with the same name.

I once had someone else's credit card number showing on my Hilton Hotels point card. And they credited points to my account for a trip that I didn't take. I called the Hilton, worrying that it was fraud, it looked like someone else with the same named as me had stayed and her trip was added to my point card. I bet she didn't have her number and when they looked it up they picked mine. I asked them to delete her CC# from my account, and always make sure to say not to save my information when I book online.

No, I never have rented points to anyone. You know though...last year we were staying at SSR and had a difficult time checking in. We called that "number" to check if our room was ready (it was around five PM) and they at first couldn't find our room. Then they said it wasn't ready. About 6PM we were getting really antsy so checked at the desk again. "It should be ready" was the response. We then overheard a person checking in stated that "his" name was Chris ______ my name! He was told that his reservation was cancelled. I think that our reservation looked like it was a duplicate so they cancelled his. Crazy! So maybe someone with my name...a possibility? Thanks for all of your ideas/suggestions.
