who else thinks VMk will go to speed chat like toon town????

I'm beginning to think so, yes. Then the game will be practically pointless since it was all supposed to be about hanging out with friends and sharing a common love for Disney. Speed chat works for Toontown because that game is less about hanging out and more about running around fighting cogs and completing tasks. It would be a nightmare in VMK. But with the way things have been going lately I wouldn't be surprised if they did!

It's where you are given a list of things to say and you cannot type anything.

Toontown isn't only speedchat. It's speedchat and chat.

You have to use speedchat to talk with regular toons, but chat is used when you know the toon in real life and give them a special code so that you can talk freely with them with no dictionary at all.

And I dont think VMK is going to go to speedchat. If it did, they would lose so many players. I dont suppose they want that to happen.

Based on what I understand of speed chat I agree, It would seriously effect if and how much I continued to play. I do have many of my close friends on IM but for anyone else that I don't have or could not add, it pretty much would depersonalize the whole experience and would not be nearly as much fun.
