:Pinkbounc We will be sailing on the 4 day wonder in May after 3 days at WDW...My ? is do you guys bring enough jarred food/cereal and diapers for the whole 7 days or do you buy it in Florida? Is there a grocery in Downtown Disney because we didn't rent a car?!
I am getting excited thinking about it all!:earsgirl:

ON OUR 1/24 CRUISE. WE STAYED IN LBV FOR A FEW DAYS SO WE ONLY PACKED ENOUGH DIAPERS AND BABY FOOD FOR 3 DAYS. BEFORE WE CRUISED, WE USED FL TOURS AND MADE A GROCERY STOP AT PUBLIX(RIGHT OFF THE EXPRESSWAY) FREE OF CHARGE. THERE WE STOCKED UP ON WATER, JUICE, JARRED FOODS, CEREAL, DIAPERS-ALL BABY! WE ROLLED UP AN EXTRA DUFFEL BAG IN OUR SUITCASE TO USE TO CARRY ALL THE BABYS GOODS THAT WE WOULD PURCHASE. WE USED THAT AS A CARRY-ON ON TO THE SHIP INSTEAD OF BAGS FROM THE STORE WHICH WOULD OPEN AS THEY WENT THRU THE BAGGAGE XRAY. WE USED THAT BAG AS A SOUVINER BAG FOR ALL GOODS PURCHASED ON THE CRUISE ON THE WAY HOME.:) HAVE FUN!!!!!!!:sunny:

In the past, we also stopped off at Publix before boarding the ship. To travel w/ all the glass jars would be tough.

We are just going to take a cab from the airport to the market and do a roundtrip since we bought transfers w/ the ship

My cousin and his wife are taking their 17 month old on a cruise with us next month. They are trying to figure out how to pack everything they will need for the kid. First problem is that they do not have a ticket for the flight. SO since there is no ticket for the kid they aren't allowed to check any luggage for the kid. But the cruise will allow the kid to check luggage on the ship.
Poor kid:p

I told them not to worry. We have a group of 13 so I am sure that we can have someone else carry an extra bag. She is worried about how many diaper to bring since some weeks the kid needs lots and other weeks very few. What is a good amount for a 7 day cruise?

but you never know when diarhea will hit little ones. we bought the mega pack(72?) and came home with a bunch and stuck them in the extra duffle bag that i mentioned in my above post.they sold diapers onboard, but they werent as as expensive as i thought they would be. they only had huggies, i think. we are picky with daipers and use luvs, so we were glad we bought them at publix first. hope this helps!

Please take lots of diapers. More than you will think you need. We made an error in our math, and then we ended up at Castaway Cay an extra day because of a hurricane. This meant no stores in ports. It was a huge problem, and the shop on the ship did not carry diapers in our size. We were in deep doo doo!!! (Almost literally!)

Consider bringing a baby food grinder as an option for jar food. There are plenty of fruit and veggie around which can easily be ground up to make baby food. You can request steamed carrots at anytime for an easy meal!

We stopped at Walmart and bought the mega pack of diapers (I'm picky too and only use Pampers) and baby food and cereal. I had more than enough of diapers and some extra baby food jars in case my daughter wanted extra. I always pack more just in case.

Better chiming in late than never but...

we brought our goods aboard in our soft-sided cooler. It made it easy to use, easy to store and then we loaded it down with souvenirs when we left. It made a great carry-on.
