Diane at The Plaza, and the Gentleman at 5 and 10

First, Diane is a hostess/server at The Plaza who, when my son fell and dropped his brand new (not yet 5 mins old) stuffed Donald Duck in ice cream in a bush, gave us a chit to go and get him a new one....saved the day and my DS was so very happy!

Also to the CM who embroidered my DS's Mickey Mouse Ears even though they were shut down for the evening, made his night after a super day at HS!
