Diamond Horseshoe Saloon

Help! I'm starting to make our plans for our next trip. I found a note to myself to check out Goofy's Country Dancin' Jamboree at Diamond Horseshoe Saloon in Magic Kingdom. Does anyone know what this is? I thought it might be a restaurant but I can't find it on Disney's website.

Thank you! I've never been to AKL and I can't wait! We're going for 10 days so I'm hoping we've plenty of time to explore and enjoy the resort!
