Diamond Horseshoe 2018 ?

So I had planned on booking Diamond Horseshoe for our second week of January trip. only to see that it has no times available. Upon a little further reading, I guess it is or was seasonal? Thing is that from here all the way to Dec 30th, I can see it seems to have seating times. But after that, I can't even select the date. ( Whereas any other restaurants, I can, so I know it's not an issue with my hotel booking and the ADR site or something ).

Any idea if they keep ADRs a little tighter at this venue OR if something is happening to it in January?

I believe the Diamond Horseshoe is only open seasonally, specifically during the summer.
