dialing code to the UK

thanks in advance....can someone tell me what is the correct dialing code to the uk,im trying to order something.

the website is asking for the first 3 digits...eg

my number is 12341 567890 and the computor is asking for the country code....anyone help....please

I think you have to first dial 011 to call international.
