DHS...TS Meal????

Is there a TS worth trying at DHS...or should we save our credits for something else? This will be our first time at DHS...just wondering opinions on TS...Thanks!

When we've done the regular DDP, we *always* have to eat at 50's Prime Time. We love the fried chicken, my son swoons over the mashed potatoes, and it's just such a fun theme and fun place if you like the shenanigans that go on there. We totally get into it, and usually tend to drag the tables around us into it as well, LOL. It's totally worth a TS to us.

If it's lunch TS I recommend Sci-Fi (but not for dinner, IMHO). We always eat here for lunch! The themeing is very Disney-esque. For dinner we love the warm, cozy feeling of Mama Melrose's but they don't have a huge variety on their menu (but everything we've had has been very good).

I went back and forth on eating at DHS or not. We finally decided to try Sci-Fi for lunch. The atmosphere seems perfect for my 4 year old, and I hear the burgers are good.

We are fans of lunch at Sci-Fi and absolutely love Mama Melrose's. Haven't had a bad meal - food or service - at either of these yet. I'd say if you haven't tried 50s PTC, to do it just to say that you have and to cross if off of your list. It is on a list of ours but not the 'must do again' list.

I used to love 50s PT but I liked the atmosphere more than the food - then the atmosphere started dying down (IMHO) so we tried Mama Melrose this year - loved it and will be going back.

Sci-Fi! The kids will get a kick out of sitting in "cars" and watching the drive-in movie clips. The food isn't the best, but its one of the restuarants we have to eat at every time we go to Disney.

We ate at Mama Melrose 2 times last trip we liked it so much! Great food and great service (ask for Kevin if he's available -- he was AWESOME!).
