My husband would have done the same thing! My husband was offered $800 each for the Saints/Patriots game. He had 4 tickets. His reply was "Hell No!"

And to think that when I lived down there (during the time of the Unknown Fans) you couldn't pay anyone to take Saints' tickets off your hands.

I'll be at home in California but I'll be wearing my Saints' shirt when they make history next weekend.

The funny thing is, we are leaving on Feb. 13 for a Disney cruise- I told him we would have a LOT of spending money, but he's not budging!! I wouldn't sell them either- my DS10 is a HUGE fanatic and I would not take it away from him!

I love football and all, but I'd sell my tickets for a heartbeat at that price.

Take the money and buy a nice huge tv and watch it at home....or even take that money and fly to Miami should the saints win and enjoy a Super Bowl.

I only went to 1 game this year- vs. the Cowboys- and we LOST, so I am convinced I am the jinx DH, DS10, my FIL & BIL go to the games- it's a tradition for them, and my DD and I watch the game with my parents. They'll be there to witness the Saints win their 1st ever NFC Championship!!!

This is THE game to watch in our home this year. We are sad they have to play each other and only one of them can go to the Super Bowl. My son said, 'it's going to be MUCH better than the Super Bowl this year Mom!' and I agree. I've always been a Vikings fan and the Saints have won me in the last couple of years.
