DH loved (And I mean LOVED) the '50s Prime Time Cafe

Thank God because for awhile there, every table service restaurant that I had made a reservation for (Tutto Italia, Crystal Palace, Boma) he hated. Well, we never got to try Biergarten because he got sick (I warned him about that hamburger) and we had to leave Epcot early.

Walking into the '50s, I said a small prayer and soon we were seated next to a family who had all ordered the fried chicken. DH caught a whiff and had a big smile plastered on his face. I think he cleaned his plate in just under five minutes. And that Dad's brownie sundae with the M&M's and caramel popcorn pieces? We got back last Sunday and DH is still talking about it.

Problem is, now he wants all of our table service meals to be at the '50s on our next trip. Ummm ... NO. I'll give him two meals there, but not all.

LOL. In 08, my husband and I took my best friend and her husband. It was their first trip to WDW. We did signature restaurants every night except for our dinner at DHS. Wouldn't you know, that after the vacation was over, they both said that 50's PTC was their favorite food.

We loved our meal there also. How can you go wrong with comfort food?--meatloaf, pot roast, fried chicken... We have an ADR there for our upcoming trip and the family can't wait.
