How much undeveloped land does Disney have left in Florida? Thank you for your support.

I don't have the figures handy, but I'm sure somebody will. I doubt that Disney has developed more than ~20% of the land it owns in FL. But I also figure that some pretty large portion of their land is not developable because its wet-lands. No doubt there's still much room for building-out but maybe not as much as most people assume.

10,000 acres (+/-) has been set aside as wetlands . . . . . .

From Yahoo! Answers . . . .
Walt Disney World Resorts employs over 58,000 people and is over 30,500 acres (about 47 square miles). Currently, only 7,000 acres are developed though. 8,200 acres of the land owned by Walt Disney World will never be developed upon because it is a designated wildlife preserve.
