Love the "Bruce" shark food picture! Looks like something my dh would do.

Thank you! I think I am going to make it a tradition now![]()
I should get one with my daughters like that next time.
Regarding the turtle soup, the last time I was in New Orleans, (this was quite sometime ago), I went to a restaurant called Tujague's and the soup of the day was Turtle soup.
I was behind a few updates but I am caught up now.![]()
Glad you're all caught up with us
Your plans for your next trip sound like fun! that MNSHP seems like it would be a lot of fun, I would love to go one day. We were there for Halloween a few years ago but the parties were all sold out for our dates.
Thanks! MNSSHP is so much fun! Dale and I went in 2009 and we can't wait for Caitlin to experience it
Glad you were able to score a walk in at Sci Fi! Are the car tables pretty cramped as far as legroom? I have been wanting to try that one but DH is pretty tall so maybe we would be better off at one of the regular tables.
The picnic tables are on the small side so anyone tall probably wouldn't be too comfortable. Since it was just the 2 of us and neither of us is real tall it was perfect.
Wow! that Margarita must have really packed a punch! LOL![]()
I just want to try it to try itI don't think they ever looked particularly appetizing and who knows I may freak out thinking I am eating Crush
This made me laugh...poor Crush!!
Ooo they serve Purple Haze at the Food and Wine Fest too!
I should get one with my daughters like that next time.

You should!
Awesome! I will have to look for that place!
I missed Dawn's post....maybe you should skip some of those local brews!!
Mmmmm...Kona is such a good choice! I enjoyed seeing the pool pics at POP since October will be our first time there! And I already have tried deciding what to pack in 79 days! So we can be crazy together!!![]()
Hi there! I just wanted to let you know that I've been reading your TR for the last week and I've really enjoyed it. We don't go again til March and I'm suffering withdrawals!!
Thanks for joining us! UGH! Disney withdrawal is the worst! Hope we can help a little

We've not eaten at Kona yet because I have 2 really picky eaters but it looks so good to me!
I am a really picky eater but I love Kona!
I'm really looking forward to the rest of your report! Are you trying to finish it before you leave? I love your resort choices for your next trip! Can't wait to hear about it!![]()
Yum! I love Kona. Have a question for you - do they serve that wonderful bread with the macadamia nut butter at lunch?
It's so cute how Caitlin is enjoying being 21! My 21 year old son just is not interested in trying drinks.![]()
I'm in! Love your TR so far! I dreaf taking a mom nd daughter trip someday![]()
We are eagerly counting down the days til our next trip (48!) and of course I have already begun packing.
I know what you're thinking....she's nuts! It's like 7 weeks away....and you're right but I don't care!
To the Poly! Yep time for lunch at one of my Disney World favorites....KONA!
When we finished eating we took a bus from the Poly to DTD for a bit of shopping.
Our first stop at DTD was Curl which is Caitlin's favorite DTD store. If you've never been, it's sort of like a PacSun? The decor has a surf theme.
Caitlin ended up buying this outfit

After DStreet we decided to head back to Pop for a pool break since it had warmed up to a nice 80.
They had a variety of activities going on at the pool and after a quick nap Caitlin got up and did the YMCA.
However, no such luck! When we got out there was an awful storm going on! It was the heaviest downpour we've ever experienced at WDW. Thankfully we had umbrellas but our arms and pant legs still got soaked!
Caitlin ordered a raspberry margarita
Caitlin leans in and says "I may need help standing up" I thought she was kidding and I laughed. She then got very serious and said "I can't feel my legs" and then cracked up.
So I helped her up she leaned into me as walked out.
I propped her up against the wall (yes I realize how unusual this all sounds) and told her to "stay" while I used the restroom.
When I came out she was goneI will admit that I panicked as I had visions of telling her father that I lost her at Epcot!
by 8:30 she was out for the night.
Yes, on this particular evening she enjoyed being 21 a little (hmmm let's be honest, WAY) too much
You're nuts! It's like 7 weeks away!
Wow! You read my mind! Truly an amazing woman.
It's a gift
Been there once. Liked it. Gotta try the tonga toast some day. But that's breakfast, so never mind.:
The Tonga Toast does not appeal to me in the least but I know a lot of people love it.
What? Shocked! I'm shocked!
Cool. Added to the ever growing list.
Your girls would love it!
I'm gonna make a little bet here. I look on the floor by her feet... and I'm betting that's a sneek peak at what her room's like, right?
You called that right!
Gotta love the relaxing pool days.
Pics! We want pics! She's such a kid at heart, isn't she?
That's awesome.
Yes she is
Too bad. And I see from looking ahead that it wasn't your typical 10 minute shower.
Unfortunately no
Cue ominous music...
I think, just for fun, I would've walked a little ahead and said, "C'mon! C'mon girl! You can do it!" and just keep backing up as she crawls/staggers towards you.
"Stay, Good girl."
Exactly!
Gee, I thought that feeling would go away when they became 'legal'. Guess not.
Nope, no matter how old they get your spouse will be mad if you lose them
Nighty night, Caitlin.Fun update Dawn, thanks!
