Details on wdtc and cro policies

Is there anywhere I can get a copy of WDTC and CRO policies on changes to ressies? We aren't going until Jan. 04 and are AP holders.
If a discount becomes available before we leave, I would like to know if there will be a fee charged for changing over to AP, also, would we be better off cancelling existing ressies and rebooking to avoid a charge? We will be staying at CB and WL and don't want to pay a penalty on two places. Thanks for any help.

There is no charge to change a reservation. Cancellations must be made 5 days in advance if you book through CRO and something like 45 days in advance if you book through WDTC. Any cancellations made after that result in a loss of your deposit (one night stay). Hope this helps!
