Details of Father Christmas Grotto and other Christmas events at dlp

Hi

Just been looking at dlrpmagic.com, it gives details of the the christmas parades and father christmas grotto in frontierland, and also details of Belles christmas village. We are going in less than 5 weeks now and I have been waiting patiently for some christmas info to be released to help with my pre-trip planning.

It all sounds so wonderful and I thought I would share it with those of you who are also trying to get some info. re christmas events.

Bet you are so excited We saw them putting the finishing touches to the Santas Grotto in Frontierland when we were there 2 weeks ago....it was up by the railway station and looked full to the brim with snow, fir trees and everything christmassy!!

They have done a fabulous job on the DLRPmagic website over the weekend, and seeing the programme schedule too has made it easier to start planning our days, although there's loads of stuff to pack in, we might not have time to go on the rides.
I've seen photographs from inside Santa's ranch elsewhere on the net and it looks really magical.

Can't wait.

Ooh I know, my DS 8 gave me a row last night and told me to stop watching videos on Youtube because it's going to spoil the surprise when we get there
I've bought a new battery for my old and large camcorder and made DH change the settings on the digital camera so I can take more photos, I'm determined to capture as much of the trip as I can.
Even the boys are getting excited now, they were surprised and thrilled with the postcard Tinks sent them, but not as much as my niece who phoned to tell me that Minnie had sent a postcard saying a little bird had told her we're going. So Jessie explained to me that Minnie must know her name and where she lives from when she danced with her last time, but "How do birds talk Auntie Jill ?" This really made me smile, she had no problem whatsoever accepting that a five foot mouse in a dress should be writing to her, but couldn't get her head around a talking bird, I told her the bird living in Disneyland probably gets a lot of fairy dust sprinkled on it and would be magic and talk.

aww that is so cute!!!! talking birds! ha ha! the best talking bird has to be iago! lol! i've been quite good when it comes to videos - i've not watched them cos i want to see it all for the first time when i get there ...but i dont mind looking at photos! lol!!!

Oh jill i bet you are so excited you are now in single figures on days to go. We go in 11 days time and staying at the sequoia lodge and cant wait.

oooh im gonna take a look right now at DLRPmagic. I'm SO excited now, its unreal lol. Even sitting on the bus home today i couldnt stop thinking about it, its so close now.

Everyone is gonna have such an amazing time, it looks so magical at Christmas. A big woooooooo for us all

i think that he does meets in his sleigh at 9:30am then in the afternoon is is walking about near his sleigh in town square!

we've got three days but its our first trip! i dont know how we're going to fit everything in! especially going the week before xmas (which i'm assuming will be rather busy! lol!) x
