Not OP but it's the neat sidewalk panels at Epcot..They only shine at night and they are on the way out.. before you get to Spaceship Earth. Check them out next time!

....I know exactly what you are talking about....that particular pic threw me off because the ground looks reddish and the lights are very geometric, making it look almost Southwestern....
