Desserts with cherries

My husbands birthday is this weekend and he loves cherries. Does anyone have any great dessert recipes using cherries they would like to share?

I've got a great and EZ recipe for flaming cherries jubilee if you're interested.
The cherries come from canned cherry pie filling.

Let me know if you are interested...I won't be able to look it up until probably Tuesday or Wednsday. I'm just busy tomorrow night.

The basic ingredients are ice cream, brandy, cherry pie filling and a little bit of grated orange rind. I just don't remember the amounts (i.e. how much brandy, and how long it gets microwaved for etc.)

How about a traditional cherry pie? That is my favorite

Or make a cheesecake with cherries on top.
