Dessert Substitutions?

Can anyone tell me how easy it is to get a dessert substitution? Are you able to have fruit instead of a sweet dessert? What about at CS restaurants, is fruit available for adults as well as children?
As much as I LOVE dessert, I can't see us eating sweets twice a day for ten days.

Pretty much every TS has a fruit cup on the children's menu for dessert so that should be relatively easy to get. At CS again they almost all have grapes and applesauce that anyone can choose as a dessert. If they sell a large fruit cup sometimes it can be a dessert (usually at the resorts) and sometimes it's only available with an extra snack credit. Of course if you are paying cash you can buy whatever you want....
