Just wondering.... due to the fact that we are very concerned that we might not have a divorce on time for the wedding, will disney keep my deposit for my postponed date? Or will I completely lose it?
All I have to say is "ARGH" to the ex-wife. The newest issue with her is that she wants Sole Custody of their son. Her reasoning for it is that she doesn't feel that she can trust my DFH to make good decisions for their sons future. Meanwhile she's the one with her head screwed on backwards!!!!

I would contact FTW, I am so sorry that this is happening. Keep plugging forward, and don't let her ruin YOUR day.

I would think if you still had a wedding at Disney, that they should honor the deposit... but not 100% sure... I would call Disney and just ask.
