Hey guys - I need a quick answer!!
I've got to call in the morning for our reservations for the Princess Breakfast in Epcot for our October trip. Right now, we have 6 adults and 2 children going - but there is a high probability that 2 of the adults may have to back out. I know I have to pay a deposit in the morning when I call, so what I'm wondering is how that works. If I have to cancel 2 of the adults, will they credit that back, or will it just go towards our final bill at the end?
We've made reservations in the past at other restaurants which didn't require a deposit and members backed out at the last minute, and there was no problem when we showed up with less people. I will know about this particular situation sooner than the last minute, but only probably about two weeks sooner. So, I can call and cancel them then, but I'm just so afraid of messing up this reservation. It's for my DD's birthday, so I want to make certain I don't do something wrong.
Thanks!!
