Deposit down on 100 GFV!!!! Dec. reservation on hold!

WE ARE TAKING THE PLUNGE!!!!

I am so excited. I put down the deposit and we do not have to turn in the contract until our condo sale closes. AND they are holding a birthday trip the weekend of DH's 40th at our new home away from home, GFV, in December!
