We are making our first trip to WDW and home to SSR. We are flying Southwest (first time for that too :) ). I have signed up for ME and I know that SW isn't one of the participating airlines. Is there some where else at SSR I can checkin and print a boarding pass at the 24 hour mark? Or somewhere to check in at the 24 hour mark, even if I can't print the boarding pass?

I haven't decided if I am bringing my laptop or not, otherwise I'd just check in that way and print the boarding pass when I get to MCO. I am not sure I want to lug a laptop around since we'll only actually be at WDW for 5 nights. If it is a hassle to checkin online at the resort, I'll just bring my laptop, problem solved :) but if I can go to the front desk or some where else and check in, I may leave it at home.

TIA for your help! :goodvibes

We checked into SW at Guest Relations at Epcot. We were brought to a little room and able to print out the boarding pass as well.

Also, when we stayed at Pop in January, the front desk checked us into our airline for our trip home from Tampa. There was a problem with our reservation, and the CM was very patient and all went well. You don't need to have your laptop!

While we didn't use because we were Continental ME, I'm sure you could the day before to print your cattle car passes. Definitely want to be an A and not a C.

We actually checked in on our mobile phones then had the SSR concierge print our boarding passes for SW. However, they'll check you in and print them too. As long as you know your confirmation/reservation number!

If your doing AirTran can you just check in at the Main Lobby somewhere at SSR when leaving and get your boarding passes printed??

Go to the concierge desk, they will be happy to print the boarding passes out for you. I just did it in February 24 hours before my flight ( give or take 5 minutes) and we got A35 thru 38 boarding passes.

Just so you know... It isn't necessary to print out your boarding pass for SW at the time you check in online.

I've checked in using my mobile phone many times, then you just walk up to one of the SW kiosks at the airport and have it print out your boarding pass. If you are checking bags, you'd print them out when you check them.

Just another option for you to consider.
