FWIW Calling DME is nothing like calling Disney resort reservations (its lovely calling DME - every time I've called its for a problem, and every single time I get someone who is very knowledgeable, polite, and solves the problem. And you don't spend forever with robo lady before getting to a human). I dread calling Disney, in contrast - its often so painful.
