Deluxe Resort Kids Clubs: More info needed!

Hi all,
We are planning our first trip to WDW with kids (ages 6 and 4 at time of travel). Thinking we want to stay at a deluxe resort with direct access to a kids club (short list is Wilderness Lodge and Polynesian).

Couple of questions, do these clubs charge per hour/per kid or is it a per night charge. Can't find rates anywhere. Can anyone help out with info on pricing?

Also I think you can use any kids' club regardless of where you are staying...but can someone confirm that?

Yes, anyone can use the clubs at WDW (though the Poly requires that you be a WDW guest); they require an advance reservation and a credit card deposit. The fee is per-child, per-hour. Currently, it is $11/hr with a 2-hour minimum. Dinner is included in the fee.
