Deluxe Rates Next June?

Hi Gang

I may have a chance to go to WDW through a work conference just outside of Disney. I'll swing it so that my boss let's me stay on site and I'll take my DW, DS5 and DD1. So.... my question is what would I expect to pay at a deluxe resort next June? Any ideas or suggestions?

Here is a link to Deb's site. Just pick the resort you want and go to the facts page. They have 2004 and 2005 rates listed. Last June we stayed Poly concierge garden view and paid $325 a night with our AP discount.
