Does the deluxe meal plan have to be purchased for the length of your stay or if you are staying 5 nights can you purchase it for 4 nights?

Does the deluxe meal plan have to be purchased for the length of your stay or if you are staying 5 nights can you purchase it for 4 nights?

The length of the reservation. You could have a room only reservation for your 5th night and not have the dining plan.

Full length of stay, unless you 1) book two separate resort reservations or 2) are a DVC member and book your stay in "segments"
