Deluxe Dining Plan

I currently have the regular dining plan for our trip but I am seriously thinking about upgrading to the deluxe dining plan. How soon do I have to add the new plan before our trip?

All packages changes must be made no later than 3 days before arrival (2 days for DVC members).

Changes made within the last 2 weeks (IIRC) incur a "last-minute" $15 change fee. This is separate from the normal $50 package change fee for changes within 45 days -- the $50 fee is typically waived when upgrading to a more expensive package.
