Deluxe Dining Plan and Breakfast

I was planning on booking Captain's Grill for breakfast on my departure day next month. When looking at the menu, they are not serving the breakfast buffet in their temporary location. I did notice that on the menu there are starters, entrees and sides. With the deluxe dining plan, can I order a starter and entrée since you can get an appetizer with other meals such as lunch and dinner. Or is this different for breakfast whereby only the entrée and drink? Thank for any input.

Breakfast does not include an appetizer on Deluxe Dining. It includes only an entree + drink, or 1 buffet meal.

No appetizers with breakfast. Entrée and beverage only.
