Hello all,
We will be arriving in the world on Oct 28th for six nights/seven days of deluxe dining. We are two guys in our 20's with a love of all things Disney and during our trip will be bringing you nightly updates live from Port Orleans Riverside.
We will provide reviews from two separate guys, each with thoughts on their own meals and samples from across the table.
-About The Reviewers-
Pete - I'm a pretty adventurous eater and am willing to try anything more than a few times, I love spicy foods and strong flavors in addition to sweets and candy of all kinds. While I'm not the biggest "steak" person ever I do eat meat, it's just that... well, I'd prefer something with a little more happening than just a big cut of meat.
I suppose that's why I love pasta's and things as much as I do. And don't even get me started on seafood, that may just be my absolute favorite, I mean, its smurfin' awesome. Oh, and cheese; goat cheese, feta cheese, blue cheese... I could on 'till the flying elephants came home.
So, to sum it up... yea, I'll have a nice slice of whatever that is.
John - I love me some Mexican food and some vegetables, yea... that's me, walking through a garden wearing a sombrero. And I truly anything someone is willing to put in a cream sauce, mmmm creamy. I also love complicated layered salads, so much so in-fact I sometimes have them as dessert, because like Julia Roberts, sometimes it just needs to come at the end of the meals.
I also love when hot and cold foods mix on one plate, just go ahead.. slather my warm berries in your cool speckled vanilla goodness, I'm ready. And if you fancy it, I'd love to share my cannoli with you... And anything with a flag in it, because well.. who wouldn't want to lay claim to that sweetness you got.
