WOW--SOOOO much has happened since I was on here last! CONGRATS on the teaching job!! That is so exciting! So when do you all move? I know it's super soon, but I can't remember exactly.

That's SUPER exciting about you and LL running/walking a 5k together! Michael and I have a goal to do a 5k, 10k, and eventually half-marathon together--but we have no clue when. How great that you and LL can run/walk on the same day!

Yay--I'm excited for our Austin meet! I need to find the name of that restaurant--it was SO yummy!

And I don't think I've updated you, but Michael has actually applied for a job in Austin too! We have applications ALL over the country right now. Wouldn't it be crazy if we both ended up in Austin?!

Anyway, I'll pray that your house sells and that all of your tests and packing go well!

OOOH I hope you get to Austin that would be so great Staci!!!!! I will be praying about the job situation for Michael!!!!!

okay I am dreadfully late to the party, after our near miss in NOLA, I guess that extra Beignet dust (aka powdered sugar -- which is PRACTICALLY Pixie dust) did the trick!!!

So glad to hear the tests went well and you are now officially an employee in Austin TX public schools! Good for you.

And GOOOOOOD luck on that final packing and trip to Austin! We used PODS when we moved a while back, too. Loved them. Enjoy your time settling in. Is your summer now "shorter" or "longer" with the school year there?

Greetings from Texas!!!! We have finally arrived! Prince P and I are staying in an extended stay for the next 3 weeks while we search for a home, it's small but nice and even better affordable!!!

So Prince P is away at a job interview, please be in prayer for him!! Right now we have three big tasks we are hoping to tackle! 1) Find Prince P a job 2) Find us a house to move into 3) Find a renter for our old home! So hopefully in the next few weeks we will see all of these fall into place!!!!

Also some other good news to pass on...I am officially certified in all Science areas in Texas. My certificate was issued today and now I can be submitted for higher!! I will be meeting next week with my department chair to get a tour of the school and get a head start on the curriculum!!!

Well since I got the wireless working in the room I promise to start back with this trip report tomorrow! I think during the evening or in the morning I'm going to start writing! It will be nice to have some down time!!!
