I would like to use delta sky miles to get a rental from national. If I booked the midsize, would I still be able to use the isle? I am emerald club member.

Only if there is a place to put your EC member number in, otherwise you will select from the midsize area in the garage. Although, you may be able to modify it via a phone call to national.
