Delta ready to fly check in not working

I'm panicking. It is time to check in for our Delta (operated by KLM and Virgin) flights tomorror from Düsseldorf via Amsterdam and London Heathrow to MCO. Delta fyl ready is green and says we can check in. But if I click on it, it says Delta fly ready is not completed. But it is and I can't change anything. What can I do?

So here’s my “don’t panic” post

If you are flying Delta or one of it’s partners and Fly Ready tells you you don’t meet the requirements, you need an unexpected test, or you need a test- DO NOT PANIC

This system is badly named. It really should be called “not ready”. A friend who works for Delta says the phone agents are getting hundreds of panicking calls a day on this disaster.

It’s especially problematic for kids. It appears that it often still assumes that they are not even eligible for a vaccination so they do need a test

Give it one shot, if it doesn’t work don’t panic, don’t spend hours of your vacation or your personal time fighting with a useless IT operation. Just take your documentation to the airport and check in there.

On the Delta (USA) website there is a "chat" option that is very useful. It is labeled "Message Us" on the website. It can be found under the "Contact Us" link. It takes about 20 seconds for the page to fully load and to display the "Message Us" button (it will not appear immediately). You will need to scroll down the page to the "Still Need to Contact Us?" section. I've included the URL below (not sure if it will work for you). I've booked flights, changed flights, etc. using this option.
