In the past, Delta customer service has always been exceptional. I have used the call back feature before, and it was great. But that feature is gone. Now they just tell you that they can't talk to you and to try back later. Over and over and over.

If you have to park at DTW, use QwikPark. They shuttle you (super quick), and there is a coupon on their website which makes it $11/day.

I called delta’s reservation number and went on a list for a call back
Had a 3 hour wait but the call came and changed my booking with the employee.
Comfimation email took hours to receive bit all was fine

Delta's callback queue is working!!!. They're going to call me back(just under 2 hours from now)!!!!!!

Just wrapped up my call with Delta.
They issued me a refund(credit card I used originally)for my non refundable tickets.
So, I will see my refund and approximately 6 weeks(Around July 16th).

I wanted the same airport. So I book a different airline.
Prices for Delta out of Detroit were too high - 3 times more than the original price.

Hi all,

My mom and I have had a flight booked to MCO for June 22 for forever. When Disney allowed us to change resorts, we went in to make sure our flights were still intact. Delta made insane changes, such as getting us to ATL 4 hours AFTER our connecting flight leaves from ATL to MCO. The same crazy change on the way back.

I called. I listened to the automated machine. I pushed all the buttons. Did this 7 times. Got a recorded message each time saying that their call volume is high and they will not be answering calls at this time. Call back later.

There are available flights from ATL to MCO that we COULD make on that day. They have limited seats left. We would like to switch to those, but we do not want to be charged extra for that. So...what do we do?

I am thinking about possibly going to our small regional airport today to talk to the Delta counter before their only flight of the day is scheduled for departure. I don't want to be a Karen, but we would really like to know if we can get to MCO.

Do they take calls 24 hours? If so, call in the middle of the night.

If they have a more limited schedule, call the minute they open. Not 15 minutes later.
