Delta changed my flights!

I don't travel a lot and i know it happens but we went from having an hour and a half layover to about a 30 minute one and I just don't feel comfortable with that. Is there anything I can do about it?

Yes - Delta should allow you to make changes without penalty. Do some research before you call and find a couple flights that will work for you, call and ask to be switched. It helps to be polite when you call, remember the agent didn't change the flights

Definitely research first. I had frequent flyer tickets with them to fly PIT-MCO with them, no non stops. I wanted an early flight through Atlanta but it was too many miles. I ended up taking a late morning through JFK. Not the best- flying east to go south. A time change came out and my first flight arrived at the same time as the second left. I called them and got moved to the Atlanta flight for no additional miles.
