which company do you prefer??

I tried to go to the wegoshop website and issues with it??

GardenGrocer.com made our list on line called when we got there had our food at 430 pm delivered to the room. I highly recommend them. :cool1:

I saw them on the web today -- and liked what I saw -- anyone else use them?? opinions?? good/bad reviews??

TIA :thumbsup2

I'm placing my order with gardengrocer tomorrow for our trip on June 4th - will let you know how things go. :cool1:

Just FYI, we used wegoshop for our Dec 04 trip and were pleased. However, I had a problem with the website as well. I just emailed them my list to centralfloridashop@wegoshop.com .

I am curious about your results with the other company as I loathe having to go grocery shopping on vacation. Please let us know.

We used gardengrocer.com in May and had a great experience. I would definitely use them again. The man delivering our order said that they are adding a LOT more items to their list, so if you check them out now but don't need them for several months, make sure you check back closer to your trip.

Do you have to be in your room when the groceries are delivered. I would assume so. So, how do you know what time to schedule delivery?

We just used Wegoshop.com last week, and their service was excellent. We called to let them know we had arrived in Orlando, then set a time for the delivery. They showed up right on time and unpacked the groceries for us.

Will definitely use them again.

If you know your room number when you order from gardengrocer, then they will deliver directly to your room. Otherwise, the will deliver to Bell Services, who will hold your delivery in the cooler and leave you a message that it is there. Then Bell Services will deliver it to your room when you let them know you are ready. In a perfect world, it would come right away, but at that point you are dependent on Bell Services and their way of doing things.

I have used Garden Grocer 2x. Both times I called o(forgot his name-VERY nice guy) from the airport when we arrived. We set a time that we thought would be good for us both and he delivered the grocery items. Cell phone contact worked well. Also, if you do not see what you want-just ask-he will get it.

I will definately use garden grocer again.

We used Garden Grocer last week. Delivery was right to our room. The delivery was short a 12 pack of soda, but the guy immediately found where the problem was (part of our order had been put on the SSR van) and promised that it would be delivered within the hour. Since we were leaving for dinner, he took it to Bell Service and actually threw in an extra 12 pack for our trouble! Boy was I surprised. That wasn't really necessary, but certainly more than made up for the slight inconvenience of not getting all our order at once. We will definitely use them again!

We have used wegoshop.com three times and will be using them again in January. We provided a list, if they had any questions or concerns they contacted us. Items arrived on time, service was excellent, previous owners and current owners are wonderful. Having your groceries delivered takes alot of stress out of your day and gives you the extra time to your vacation.

thanks -- this is good to know :thumbsup2

We also used Gardengrocer.com for our trip in April. I believe our delivery person was actually the owner, his name was Brian (I think). We called when we got to the hotel, he was there about 20 minutes later. Pain free. Definitely recommend to anybody.
