deliver passes to hotel?

I was going to order our tickets for our upcoming trip in a month and I saw that they will delivery them to the hotel. We are staying at the Poly. Is this a good idea? I would worry that they wouldn't be there or get lost? We have plenty of time to have them delivered to home but we could lose them too.
What do others do?

I have never had them delivered to my hotel, mainly because I order them very far in advance (before I spend the money on something else). I have read both good and bad reports on having them delivered (like the name on the package does not match the name on the ressie exactly, or packets being misplaced and not being available when you check in).

I like to have them in my hands before I arrive. That way I can photocopy the backs in case they get lost, misplaced or stolen. I also figure that anyone can lose those tickets but I'd rather be the one to lose them than someone else. But then again, when it comes to my vacations, I'm a real control freak.

In all likelihood, you will have no problem having tickets delivered to your resort. If the cost of shipping them to your home is prohibitive or you do not have the time between ordering them and date of delivery, then by all means arrange for hotel delivery or pick them up at the ticketbroker's Orlando office.

ticketmania delivered cirq. tickets and they were waiting for us at check in..I also had eyeglasses delivered to a disney resort , no problem then either. ticket mania sent us a nice little packet with coupons and such with the tickets

I would have them delivered to home if possible and put them in the suitcase as soon as you get them just because if something happens you have more time to pursue it before you need them.

if you do have them delivered, you need the name the ressie is under( not your's if the name is different ie for us, Pop was under my husband's, Vero under mine) and the date of arrival.
