The day before yesterday I couldn't decide what I wanted to eat.. I was going to have a can of vegetable vegetarian soup, but I wanted something a little more filling than that.. So - I cooked some elbow macaroni and added that to the soup - along with some garlic salt.. (Got a little carried away with the elbows, so I had quite a bit of this "soup" dish leftover..)

Yesterday I added some chicken stock and leftover pieces of fried chicken.. Very tasty!

Still had quite a bit leftover (adding things is making it bigger and bigger - LOL), so tonight I put some in a casserole dish with a bunch of shredded sharp cheese.. Yum!!!! :thumbsup2

Tomorrow I will take the remainder of the non-cheese leftovers, add a can of garlic and oil diced tomatoes, some oregano, some more shredded cheese, some bread crumbs on top, and bake it for dinner..

When DGD is here she thinks it's hysterical how I'll start off with just two or three ingredients - keep adding more and more ingredients each day to make it "different" - and end up with enough food for almost a week.. LOL..

Now my tummy is full and I'll have a nice big brownie for dessert later on..:thumbsup2
