Dedicated Unit

I received my confirmation for our November trio to VWL, all I requested is a 2 bedroom non-smoking, I know they cannot guarantee that, but on it it says I will be in a dedicated 2 bedroom. Would you consider that a guarantee??? And if so, anyone know how many smoking dedicated 2 bedrooms there are at the VWL? Thanks - still haven't received my welcome kit, so if this info is in it - sorry

I would not stress out. I have never been stuck in a smoking unit, while there are some small differences between dedicated and lock off, I don't think this will effect your trip.

I'm not sure if the confirmation language is a guarantee when it says dedicated.

My two DVC confirmations for a 1BR both indicated that it was a lock-off. Both times (VWL and BWV), we ended up with a dedicated 1BR.

This year, my confirmation indicates a dedicated 2BR for VWL. It will be interesting to see what we get....for us, it's not a very big deal.
